    2 of us ate there for Friday lunch. It was superb. The taste, the ambience the service make it No 1 on the Peninsular in our opinion - and we've eaten at most including the ones closeby. It started with the welcome which was genuine and warm and finished with a thank you hand shake (not often offered) We won't go on about the food as we guess it changes regularly but you will not be spooked by the chef's descriptions on the menu, as is often the case, and the wine list has won several awards. Do yourself a favour and go for at least a 2 course lunch.
